A New Podcast Effort
"Dinner with Jesus" to Launch in 2023
Hi guys and gals… your faithful support of The Lectionary Lab means the world to me. And I want you to know that Delmer and I are fully committed to continuing our efforts there. But, we are also broadening our creative efforts a little bit in the new year.
Delmer is doing some writing, and I’ll leave it to him to tell you more about that when he’s ready. I am interested in spreading my podcasting wings a little further and combining what I’ve learned here with a Bible project I’ve been envisioning for some time.
The result is “Dinner with Jesus” — a scripture exploration experience in a conversational format. I’ll be saying more about the title and where it came from a little later. But, I’ve launched a sample session based on my thinking around the Christmas story — and since my voice didn’t recover in time to produce a Lectionary Lab Live podcast this week, I thought I’d send this out in case you care to give it a listen.
